RETURN POLICY

1. If you were shipped the wrong item(s) or the item(s) arrive damaged, please contact customer support by either phone or email immediately. We will email you a return label that you can affix to the original packaging and have the package picked up at your house or business via The US Postal Service.

We will then promptly ship you the correct item(s) at our expense.

2. Any items that are mounted or used are your property and cannot be returned.

3. If you need to return any item(s) because you ordered the wrong item(s) or because you no longer need them, you must notify customer support via phone or email within 7 days of receiving your order. After we are aware of the return, please pack the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them to:

You will be responsible for the shipping charges.

We must receive the returned order within 2 weeks of the original ship date or a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

Please include a copy of your original invoice in the return package stating whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a refund.

If you request a refund, you will be refunded the total of your order minus any shipping charges incurred even if your order qualified for free shipping. If you request an exchange, you will be responsible for all shipping charges even if your original order qualified for free shipping.

Please use a label and DO NOT write on the original package. Any packages that are returned with any writing or damage to the original labels that contain any product information or SKU numbers will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Any item(s) returned that were special ordered for you and are item(s) we do not stock will be charged a 10% restocking fee assuming it is returned within 2 weeks of the original ship date.

4. Some items are non-returnable. If this is the case with an item you purchased, we will notify you at the time of contact and you will be unable to return the item. An example of this type of item is helmets.
